How do I know the calls are being made?

Your Account Manager and the Sales Support Team will work closely with you on issues they have in store. You will be confident that calls are being made and relationships are well formed at retail. The web based reporting system will keep you well informed.


How do I initially train the Sales Support Team?

We recommend bringing the team together in 3 central locations. One days training in each location will have the team underway. We will work with you should you require assistance with training manuals.


What is the process for ongoing training?

Meetings can be held with the sales support team members in main centres along with the Area Managers. The Area Managers then train team members in the smaller areas.


While we are capable of carrying out the training ourselves, you should understand that your involvement would be extremely beneficial.

Larger training sessions can be held in the regions.
